Using the Admin Tools
File Name
You can pre-register up to 60 file names, subjects and categories. This is an useful
tool that allows you to quickly enter common used files names, subjects or catego-
ries from the intuitive QWERTY keypad.
NOTE: The registered subjects can be used from the MFP only.
Register or edit a file name

Log-in to “OfficeBridge”.

Click [File Name] on the “Admin Tools” tab.
The “File Name Settings” screen will appear.

To register a new file name, select an empty location.
To edit a file name, click the desired file name.
The “File Name Setting” dialog box will appear.
