Select the destinations by checking the box next to the address.

Click [Fax] to send the document by fax, or click [To], [Cc] or [Bcc] to send the
document by e-mail.
To cancel a selected destination, check the box next to the Name in the destina-
tion field, and click [Delete].

Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have entered all of the destinations.

Click [OK].

To review the entered destinations, select the drop-down box to the right of the
“Add” button.
