3-16 Using the Admin Tools
Exporting/importing destination information
You can import and export destination information in vCard or CSV format.
Exporting destination information
Converts the destination information data to a vCard and stores it on your com-
puter.

Repeat steps 1 through 3 in “Registering a new destination” (page 3-12).

Select the destinations you want to export, then click [Export].
To export all the destination information, click [Export all Information].

Select the file format, vCard or CSV, then click [OK].

Specify the folder and file name to save to, and click [Save].
The data is converted to the specified file format and stored in the specified loca-format and stored in the specified loca-and stored in the specified loca-

Click [Close] in the “Address Book Entry” screen to close the “Address Book
Entry” screen.
Importing user information
You can import data from a vCard or CSV file as “OfficeBridge” destination infor-
mation data.

Click [Import].
The “Import Address Book” dialog box will appear.

Type the file location and file name you want to import. If you are not sure of
the file location or file name, click [Browse] to browse to the file.

Click [Import].
Import confirmation dialog box will appear.

Click [OK].
The data will be imported.

Click [Close] in the “Address Book Entry” screen to close the “Address Book
Entry” screen.
