Registering groups
Group addressing allows you to quickly distribute documents to multiple recipients.
Registering a new OBPro address group

Log-in to “OfficeBridge”.

On the “Admin Tools” tab, click “Address Book”.
The “Address Book Entry” screen will appear.

Click “OBPro Address Group” tab.

Click [New].

Select whether to register a personal address group for the user only, or a
shared address book for all users by clicking the check button in the upper left
field of the dialog box.

Select one or more destinations to add to the group.
•When you click [Fax], the fax number will be added to the group.
•
When you click [To], [Cc] or [Bcc], the e-mail address will be added to the group.
The selected destinations will be displayed in the address list at the bottom of
the screen.
