Using the Admin Tools
• “Forward by E-mail”
Check this to forward documents to an e-mail address.
Enter the e-mail address you want to forward docu-
ments to. The forwarding e-mail address may contain
up to 50 characters. At the same time, select the file
format for the forwarding document by checking it.
Period Select the forwarding period for the received document.
• “Always”
Check this to always forward documents.
• “Month/Day”
• “Day-of-week”
• “Time”
To specify the forwarding period, check one of these and
set the time period.
[Save] Saves the current settings and closes the dialog box.
[Close] Closes the “Forward Setting” dialog box.

Click [Save] to save the setting.
