Common Job Settings
Scheduled Communication
This functions monitors the status of fax and e-mail communications that were
initiated on the machine’s control panel. This function can also be used to stop cur-
rent jobs.
NOTE: To monitor or cancel a job initiated through the OfficeBridge browser, use the
“Personal Outbox” tab.

Log-in to “OfficeBridge”.

Click [Scheduled Communication] on the “Admin Tools” tab.

Item Description
Page Switches the page of the scheduled communication
display.
The underlined numbers indicate pages that can be
displayed; the number that is not underlined indicates
the page currently being displayed.
Display Sets the number of commands displayed (10, 20, or all).
Destination The destination’s name, fax number or e-mail address
will be displayed.
When broadcasting to multiple destinations, the [Broad-
cast Details] button will appear. When you click this,
other destination information will be displayed.will be displayed. displayed.
When you click the list button and select the address/
sender, the scheduled communication displayed will bewill be
narrowed down by the address/sender.
