The Bypass tray

Open the printer cover by holding the
printer cover release (R
1).
Important: Never touch the electrical contacts inside the printer cover or
under the drum cartridge, as an electrostatic discharge may
damage the machine.

Remove the jammed paper.

Close the printer cover.

Open the duplex unit cover.

Remove the jammed paper.

Open the printer cover by holding the
printer cover release (R1). Remove the
jammed paper

Close the duplex unit cover and the
printer cover.
